New vs used books
- New books: must meet normal expectations for a new product.
- Used books: may show wear consistent with the condition stated on the product page.
If something is wrong
If you believe an item does not conform to the contract (wrong edition, missing pages not disclosed, etc.), contact us at goldenkumquats@gmail.com and include:
- order number
- the issue
- photos (if helpful)
We will offer an appropriate remedy according to applicable law (replacement where possible or refund).
